Frequently asked questions.
Do I need to book an appointment?.
Our showroom is open 9-5 Monday to Friday and by appointment Saturday and Sunday. We aim to be onsite during these times, but sometimes we can be out and about during the day, so calling ahead is advised.
How long does the average job take?.
Generally 5-7 working days from templating. This includes sourcing the product, fabrication and installation. The turnaround does depend on materials and specifications, but as a small family run business we aim to please and a short turnaround is a high priority for us.
What materials can I pick from?.
We are able to advise you on the benefits of the different natural stone, porcelain, ultracompact and acrylic options available. The different materials we work with are briefly explained in our blog What type of benchtop is best?
What colours are available?.
We work with many different suppliers so can access most colours on the market. We have over 100 different colours available in our showroom, and can access even more!
How long has Domani been in business for?.
We have been making benchtops for more than 25 years. Domani is the new and improved name for an established business.
